Archie started karting with his first bambino race on 21st May 2016 at Fulbeck. He was hooked.
Archie dipped into a couple of championship rounds in 2016 and competed in a few stand alone races.
Archie, number 43, drove a Bambino Wright Centaur kart with a 50cc Comer engine, there are strict regulations governing the set up of the kart and all races require the engines to have an engine restrictor fitted.
We are proud to say he WON the Bambino MSA British Championship 2017, plus numerous clubman rounds along the way.

Archie then raced in the Iame Cadet class, starting with Fusion Motorsport and moving to Strawberry Racing. Archie finished in the Cadet class in 2020 as he has grown so much he was too tall to complete his final year in Cadets. He holds many race wins and placings from his time in Cadets. Torq Racewear and Arai helmets joined Archies journey at this point and both still remain with him.

Archie, aged 12 moved to the Junior class, although he couldn't race under MSA rules until 2022, he was able to compete at IKR races and get some seat time in.
Archie joined Kato Motorsport (KMS).
Having not raced/driven for many months due to covid, he started back and really tried hard getting physically fitter and stronger, only to break a rib on a test day at PFI. Unfortunatelly this put him out for a few months but his detemination saw him give his best despite the late start to the season missing much of the pre-season testing and racing.
Archie WON The 2021 BKC pooled engine OKJ Championship!!
He also raced in The 2021 UKC Championship in Junior X30 and finished 5th overall despite the late start.
The season was nicely rounded off with a WIN in his debut Junior Rotax Race on a full grid at Whilton Mill.

2022 was a busy year, with a last minute change of Class for the season to JUNIOR ROTAX.
Archie moved to Sam Pollitt Racing had a great first year, achieving many podium finishes and wins at national level. He finished 9th in the Ultimate Kart Championship in Junior Rotax. Archie also became a brand ambassador for FibreKing microfibre cloths.

2023 was a mega year for Archie, he was given the opportunity by KR Sport to race in Europe for the first time. He loved it and finished on the podium in 3 out of 4 rounds at tracks he had never raced at before. 👌🏻 He finished 6th in the European championships. Archie racked up many wins and podiums in the UK too.
Archie then went on to qualify to race in the World Finals in Bahrain which was an unforgettable experience. With very careful considered driving he secured his place in the final 36 to race in Saturdays Grand Final. After a disappointing crash at the start of the Final race which knocked him from 6th to last place, Arch clawed back to 13th out of 72.
Archie was ranked 3rd in the FIA World rankings in Juniors in 2023.

2024, now aged 14 and standing at 6ft tall, karting was not going to be the easiest sport to stay in when the competition is so close hence a move into racing cars
Archie took part in the Ginetta scholarship, and finished in the final four, despite delivering the fastest lap time in the final shootout, it was not meant to be. However, Archie loved the whole experience and over the next few weeks a plan was put into place to race in the Ginetta Junior championship in 2024 with Elite motorsport. The Junior season in Ginettas was amazing, Archie had some mega results although hampered for the first half of the season by a virus he contracted in Bahrain. However, it was the greatest start to his car racing career possible.
So onto 2025, Archie turns 16 so is able to race against adults and move on from Juniors, although technically he could stay in juniors for a further two years we all felt it was time to move on.
Archie has secured a drive with Feathers Motorsport driving an Aston Martin Vantage GT4 car in the GT Cup.
He is also racing a Ginetta GTP8 in the Ginetta GT Championship with MDD - McKenna Driver Development.
Archies sponsors have all decided to stay with Archie for this season and we are completely grateful for their continued support. Plus it is with great pleasure that Alcon Brakes and Clutch specialists and Corbeau Race Seats and Harnesses have joined the journey and are welcoming Archie as their Brand Ambassador.
